Si San Antonio
Visit San Antonio worked alongside 50+ hotel partners to create a VIP hotel passport during the summer of 2021. Each hotel guest had access to a QR code that drove them to the page where they were able to sign up for the passport. Guests entered their information into a form, including the property they were staying at, to get their passport sent directly to their phone via text and e-mail. The passport included food, beverage, retail and attraction deals throughout the city. The campaign, which wrapped this month, confirmed more than 2,700 hotel guests who signed up for the passport.
Visit Canton Illumination Pass (2020)
With the holiday season right around the corner, we wanted to share client inspiration from last year! Visit Canton launched the Illumination Pass in conjunction with the Canton Light Festival. The passport guided locals and visitors to eight locations around downtown where they could view the Illumination light displays and art installations. Plus, Visit Canton included special offers redeemable at nearby hotels, restaurants, shops, and businesses. Anyone who checked in at all eight displays was entered to win an overnight getaway to Gervasi Vineyard winery and resort. When the campaign wrapped in February 2021, Visit Canton had tracked more than 1,500 sign-ups. Additionally, more than 3,100 check-ins were tracked and more than 70 redemptions of the special offers were logged.
City of Holladay’s Holla Dollars
This project, which was custom scoped by Bandwango in May 2021, was crafted to encourage Holladay residents to spend money at local businesses for a 3 month period of time. The launch of the city-wide voucher program was kicked off with postcards distributed to each household. These postcards contained a promo code, which granted the household access to sign up for the easy-to-use mobile passport. Each passport allows Holladay residents to spend a total of $40 through the use of four $10 vouchers. Residents can decide how and when to cash in their vouchers and are able to redeem at any of the businesses included within the program. If a household does not use their $40 allocation before the passport expires on December 31, 2021, they lose access to their vouchers.
In conclusion, whether you’re looking for a creative solution that breaks the mold or hoping to plug into one of our tried and true pass types, Bandwango can help your community deliver an amazing experience.
