Introducing Bandwango Experience Builder.

Our very first self-serve offering, designed to completely change the way you build, manage, and distribute your passes. Our goal? To simplify the pass building process – reducing the previous 45-90 day timeline to as little as 1 day, providing both ease and flexibility for our partners.

In case you missed it, Bandwango CEO Mo Parikh hosted an exclusive webinar back in May, unveiling Bandwango Experience Builder. Mo provided an in-depth overview of the platform, highlighting all of the great work put in by our product and engineering teams over the last year and a half.

With an official launch coming up and passes already in the works, we wanted to give an exciting update and let you know what to lookout for.

Key Features of Bandwango Experience Builder

Bandwango Experience Builder introduces a set of powerful new features, making the pass building process more efficient and user friendly:

  • Self-Guided Pass Builder to help you create passes quickly with pre-defined templates for our most popular pass types.
  • Place-Management allowing you to add locations using Google searches or manually, complete with generative AI descriptions and Google Photos integration.
  • Things to Do Management which enables the creation and management of inventory such as coupons and tickets, directly in the system.
  • Prize Management to simplify creation and management of prizes, featuring options for local pickup, shipping and Bandwango fulfillment.
  • Channel Management which allows easy customization of distribution channels, embed codes, and outbound communications.

Additionally, Mo demonstrated the pass-building process live, showcasing how quickly and easily a gamified check-in challenge can be created. In minutes, locations were set up, inventory was added, prizes were configured, and the pass was launched!

Early Adopters: Leading the Way with Bandwango Experience Builder

Bandwango is pleased to congratulate and thank our first group of partners who have completed their training and launched their passes using DXE 2.0. These clients have set a new benchmark for efficiency in pass building:

  • Visit Tri-Valley created their CA Wine Festival Tri Valley Alley Check-in Challenge, which was completed in just a couple of hours.
  • CRVA built their Charlotte Pride Passport, which will go live at the end of July, showcasing the potential of our platform.
  • PA Americana developed the B.A.R.N.oploy pass, setting a new standard for creative and engaging passes.
  • Cumberland Valley crafted the 2024 Cumberland Valley Family Adventure Trail, an exciting addition that highlights the versatility of our platform.
  • Lafayette Travel launched the EatLafayette Passport bringing local dining experiences to the fingertips of visitors and locals alike.

It’s clear from these clients how fast and effective it is to create a pass! “This is so easy”, “This makes total sense,” and “This is amazing” are just some of the positive feedback we received from our partners regarding Bandwango Experience Builder!

Upcoming Features and Innovations to Look Forward To:

Looking ahead, we are actively working on new innovations that will enhance the platform in the upcoming release, occurring in the next couple of weeks:

  • Quizzes for Check-Ins that will allow customers to answer questions in order to check in to their location, adding an interactive element.
  • QR Code Redemptions that simplify location check-ins with QR code scanning, providing a quicker, more efficient way for users to engage.
  • QR Code Pass Sign-Ups for customers to sign up for passes by scanning a QR code, streamlining the sign up process and making it more accessible.
  • Social Sharing and Referral Points which will enable customers to earn points by sharing and referring, incentivizing engagement and word-of-mouth advertising for your passes.

These features are part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and improvement, ensuring Bandwango Experience Builder remains at the forefront of the experience pass industry.
